PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Warren & Associations, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, protects, and discloses your information when you access or use the Warren AI web application and mobile companion application (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide and secure the Services:
- Account Information: Name, professional email address, and encrypted credentials provided during registration.
- Session and Access Tokens: Autogenerated security tokens stored locally on your device via SecureStore to maintain account login.
- Generative Inputs: Prompts, spreadsheets, financial metrics, and documents you upload to query the AI assistant ("Cool-Pal") or canvas workflow interfaces.
- Technical and WebView Logs: IP address, device properties, operating system version, and application performance metrics.
2. Zero-Trust Data Architecture & Security
We implement a strict Zero-Trust privacy model to safeguard your data. All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is isolated into a separate, cryptographically protected vault database schema. We enforce Row-Level Security (RLS) policies and database access controls on Supabase to ensure that only authorized administrative staff and assigned professional consultants can ever query or manage client profiles. All data is encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
3. AI Processing & Third-Party Disclosure
To fulfill your analytical requests, generative inputs are processed through secure API endpoints (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude models). Under our service agreements, your data is processed dynamically and is **not** used by third-party model developers to train public AI models. We do not sell, lease, or distribute your personal or financial records to third-party advertisers.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Financial Privacy
As a wealth management platform administered by Warren & Associations, LLC, we comply with the Gram-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) regarding the protection of non-public personal financial information. Depending on your jurisdiction (such as California or the EU), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold.
