The Services consist of a digital platform providing generative workflows, interactive canvas tools, documents management, and an AI chat assistant ("Cool-Pal") designed to assist with wealth management, corporate directories, tax structuring, and business operations research.

Warren & Associations, LLC is not acting as your fiduciary or licensed broker-dealer through this software interface. You should consult with qualified CPAs, licensed attorneys, and certified wealth managers before executing any financial trades, corporate formations, or tax-filing positions.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access features on the portal, you must register an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security leaks. The system restricts client accounts from directly executing master database updates, requiring administrative review queues to modify official records.
4. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You may use the Services only for lawful business operations. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the directory or workflows.
- Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or coordinate cyber attacks.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass safe-area layout parameters.
- Provide false licensing credentials or impersonate other consultants.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warren & Associations, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic errors, database downtime, security incidents, or financial decisions made based on outputs generated by the Services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas.
